The Challenge
Partners Group, a global private markets firm, was relocating to a building in Farringdon, London.
Occupying two floors, they needed a full office space fit-out, delivering excellent acoustics and a premium finish.
Having successfully executed projects for Partners Group before, they selected Westbury FM to oversee the entire project, trusting our capability to deliver a quality outcome.
Scope of Works
The project commenced in December 2023 with a deadline to move into the offices by April 2023.
The project was delivered successfully and recognised for its exceptional design and installation with a high acoustic rating.
Our Solution
Westbury FM was engaged in the project from its inception, overseeing both the design and installation of the office fit out. Collaborating closely with the glazing and partition supplier JEB, we worked hand in hand with the client to understand their desired functional and aesthetic goals.
Our dedicated Project Manager and team including glazing and joinery specialists delivered the works in 12 weeks. To ensure the upmost precision and quality the fabrication of the doors was completed at our specialist off-site workshop facility, while all other fabrication was completed on site to ensure a premium finish.
Key features of the design included:
- Folding double glazed acoustic wall to Kitchen
- High acoustic meeting rooms and Boardroom
- High acoustic phone booths required for confidential phone calls
- Panelled joinery pocket doors to allow the client to close off areas for special functions
- Panelled joinery automatic doors to give the client private eating areas.
