SFG20 is recognised as the industry standard for building maintenance specification in the UK. Through Facilities-iQ, Westbury FM can access continually updated maintenance schedules, statutory guidance and task frequencies that support compliant and efficient Planned Preventive Maintenance programmes.
Facilities-iQ enables Westbury FM to mobilise compliant maintenance regimes faster, integrate maintenance schedules into CAFM systems and ensure clients benefit from up-to-date statutory maintenance guidance.
