Westbury FM Announces Official SFG20 Licensed Contractor Status

Westbury FM SGF20 licensed contractor

Westbury FM is pleased to announce that the business is now an officially licensed SFG20 contractor, providing direct access to Facilities-iQ and the latest industry standards for building maintenance compliance.

The accreditation further strengthens Westbury FM’s self-delivered Total FM capability and supports the mobilisation and management of complex facilities management contracts across commercial offices, healthcare estates, public-sector environments, and social housing portfolios.

SFG20 is recognised as the industry standard for building maintenance specification in the UK. Through Facilities-iQ, Westbury FM can access continually updated maintenance schedules, statutory guidance and task frequencies that support compliant and efficient Planned Preventive Maintenance programmes.

Facilities-iQ enables Westbury FM to mobilise compliant maintenance regimes faster, integrate maintenance schedules into CAFM systems and ensure clients benefit from up-to-date statutory maintenance guidance.

For clients, this provides additional assurance that maintenance strategies are aligned with current industry guidance and evolving compliance expectations, including those associated with the Building Safety Act.

The licence also enhances Westbury FM’s ability to:

  • Deliver structured and compliant PPM programmes
  • Support mobilisation of complex Total FM contracts
  • Integrate maintenance schedules through CAFM systems
  • Provide audit-ready maintenance reporting
  • Support tender submissions with recognised industry standards
  • Maintain consistency through a self-delivery operating model.

Sonia Murton, Managing Director of Westbury FM, said:

“Achieving licensed SFG20 contractor status is an important step for Westbury FM and reinforces our commitment to compliant, high-quality facilities management delivery.

Facilities-iQ enables us to mobilise compliant maintenance regimes efficiently, integrate maintenance schedules into our CAFM systems and ensure clients benefit from up-to-date statutory maintenance guidance.

As compliance expectations continue to increase across the built environment, particularly within healthcare, public sector and social housing estates, it is essential that FM providers can demonstrate robust maintenance management, accurate reporting and operational accountability. This accreditation supports our ability to deliver those services effectively through our self-delivery model.”

Westbury FM’s licensed contractor status can be verified directly through the SFG20 directory.
