Westbury FM collaborated with BW Interiors on an office fit-out project for the private equity company Partners Group at their new commercial premises at 33 Charterhouse, London.
JEB Acoustic Partitions for Offices: The new office premises benefitted from the design, supply and installation of JEB Acoustic Partitions, helping the facilities to become highly rated for acoustics, helping towards achieving a BREEAM rating of ‘outstanding’, and becoming one of the most sustainable buildings in the City.
Westbury FM was involved in the project from its inception, overseeing both the design and installation of the office fit-out for Partners Group’s new London premises. Working closely with glazing and partition specialists JEB, we collaborated with the client to fully understand their functional and aesthetic requirements.
Westbury FM’s dedicated Project Manager, supported by a team of in-house glazing and joinery specialists, successfully delivered the works within 12 weeks. To ensure the highest levels of precision and quality, the doors were fabricated at Westbury’s specialist off-site workshop, while all other elements were manufactured on-site to achieve a premium finish.
Key features of the design included:
- A folding double-glazed acoustic wall for the kitchen
- High-performance acoustic meeting rooms and boardroom
- Soundproof phone booths for confidential calls
- Panelled joinery pocket doors, allowing spaces to be closed off for special functions
- Panelled joinery automatic doors provide private dining areas for the client.
Having previously delivered successful projects for Partners Group, Westbury FM was entrusted to manage the entire process, from design to installation. The project began in December 2023, with a completion deadline of April 2024. Delivered on time and to the highest standard, the fit-out was recognised for its exceptional design, superior acoustics, and premium craftsmanship.
