PROJECT BACKGROUND
Partners Group, a global private markets investment firm, was relocating to a new office space spanning two floors at 33 Charterhouse in Farringdon, London. The objective was to create a high-end workspace that combined premium aesthetics with exceptional acoustic performance.
The design needed to support various functions, including client meetings, collaborative work, and private discussions, all within a sustainable and efficient environment. Having previously delivered successful projects for Partners Group, Westbury FM was entrusted to manage the entire process, from design to installation.

Precision & Quality
Collaborating closely with glazing and partition specialists JEB Group, we worked closely with the client to understand their functional and aesthetic goals. Our dedicated Project Manager, supported by a team of in-house glazing and joinery specialists, delivered the works within 12 weeks. To ensure the utmost precision and quality, the doors were fabricated at Westbury’s specialist off-site workshop, while all other elements were manufactured on-site to achieve a premium finish.
