WORK DETAIL

Site Infrastructure Upgrades, Electrical & Power Enhancements and Grounds & Facilities Management.

Delivering critical upgrades in a 24/7 logistics hub demanded meticulous planning, coordination, and flexibility. L-A-C implemented the following strategies to ensure success:

Zero Operational Disruption:

All works were phased into designated zones to avoid interrupting parcel sorting, despatch, or warehouse movements.

24-Hour Rotational Scheduling:

Skilled teams operated in shifts, aligning tasks with off-peak windows and coordinating closely with site operations managers.

Live Testing & Seamless Commissioning:

All systems were fully tested and commissioned in a live setting, without affecting the performance of the existing infrastructure.
